Your wedding is going to be one of the most important days of your life. All eyes will be focused on you - the bride and groom, therefore you are going to want to look your absolute best.

Whether you have a little or a lot to lose then teaming together eating healthily and regular exercise is going to be the way forward.

However, if the idea of treadmills and cross trainers puts you off then there are alternatives. Do something that you will enjoy such as dancing or swimming.

If, like me you lack the will power to lift yourself off the sofa, then try teaming up with a friend so you can encourage each other.

Alternatively, you can hire a personal trainer. Most leisure centres and gyms will have their own team of personal trainers on hand to help and guide you through your regime.

Together the personal trainer can devise a workout programme tailored to suit your needs, whether this means one to one Pilates classes, jogging or even a session in the gym.
